Harrogate Country B&B

Only good part was free breakfast. Waited 10 minutes on arrival in reception till by chance someone turned up. No hot water first 24 hours, were promised a part refund but hasn't happened. No reply to my emails either. Definitely don't recommend.

One hour before I was going to book in I had a telephone call, I stopped driving and there was a message to contact them, I did and was told that the boiler had broken down and they put me up in the Harewood Arms. I had a room which was clean but no tv or wifi in the room, it was a Leeds postcode and was concerned how far away from Harrogate it was but luckily no to far.it was not what I booked, paid for or of my choosing,

An equestrian centred hotel with animals close at hand. So very quiet with the moon and stars fully visible as the sky was cloudless

Enjoyed our stay, a different but enjoyable stay at a Hotel. Would stay again when in the area and would recommend to anyone

Although inexpensive, we were disappointed not to be offered a full English breakfast. The rooms and facilities were satisfactory but we think the name 'Harrogate Country B&B' implies something rather more luxurious! It was ok for a quick overnight stay.

Owner was a lovely lady and helpful, but decor was faded and dated - carpet stained and threadbare, facilities were OK for the money. Being among the horses was pleasant and an unique experience

I really enjoyed this B&B, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the B&B is surrounded by fields of horses, which for myself was a plus. It was very unique in that the riding arena can be viewed from the hallways in the B&B. I enjoyed watching the horses in the arena and took a walk down to the stables to say hello all of the beautiful horses at the B&B.

Clean room, beds comfortable. Accommodation is basic as you would expect for the price. You need to bring your own soap! Breakfast is good and plenty of choice but not a full English. I did see eggs being cooked for a guest though. Good base for the Harrogate and Knaresborough area. If you like horses, it is wonderful!

This Motel was attached to Spring House Farm Harrogate Riding and Language Centre. Access via single track lanes badly potholes in places. Vehicle parking area was a rough stoned surface on a slope, very large but shared with farm vehicles, horse boxes and buses associated with the numerous horses, stables and language school. Room small with a very tiny en-suite with one medium sized towel per person, very noisy water pipes. Breakfast was satisfactory in a pleasant room. Expedia misrepresented this as a Hotel with a picture of a large double bedroom, no mention of the horse business under the same roofs.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
