Harrogate Country B&B

Visiting friends in Yorkshire and found the hotel adaquate for our needs.

The owners are very welcoming. What we could not see mentioned was that the building is part of a horse riding complex, horses are their passion. The rooms are smaller and more basic than photos suggest. The bathroom/shower in ours needed updating. Good value if you want somewhere as a base or to break a journey

The room was not clean and had not been cleaned for a while. There’s was dead bugs in the floor and window seal Cobwebs in the corners of the floor and celling The bathroom smelt like damp The kettle needed descaling I took the pillow case off the pillow and it’s was badly discoloured with yellow and brown stains. Very discusting.

Lovely setting on equestrian centre.our room overlooked the stables.Man who checked us in and gave local info was very charming.Breakfast ok.Sleep interrupted thou due to birds in room tapping away all morning.otherwise very good

Clean,tidy,easy to find if you have satnav 15m drive from harrogate city center Breakfast not much option but is expected for price.friendly staff

Lovely stay in a local farm house, family run you can even go for a ride on their own horses!

Basic, ok for a stopover.

Good clean and comfortable, breakfast was basic, no full English. It was right out in the country you do need your car plenty of parking. It was lovely seeing the horses around and about

Nice surroundings and comfy beds. Woukd stay here again

Very basic accommodation though was in line with the price
