My bed linens had stains all over them, the room smelled very bad, the bathroom had mold on the ceiling and there was a red splash stains of something chunky on the closet wall. The breakfast was not even close to fair. It was bad.

Location

No water in the sink , struggled trying to find a faint hint of warm water in shower. I get it. Its an old building with calcium build up in its pipes.

We did get rooms to stay in.

Breakfast bar did not keep the food supplied to accommodate guests, too little sausage/bacon, eggs empty/very low, etc. room was ok. Coffee pot did not work, and coffee in the breakfast room was not re-supplied frequently enough. Elevator did not work at all. They cancelled my room without notification.

Not good

We got 2 rooms for a night. I usually don't like to leave negative reviews, but this place is in serious need of a maintenance crew. The toilets, bathroom doors,elevator, shower faucets, and pool were all broken. Beware of the man-sized cockroaches too! 😱

So dirty, door frame was broken, paint all over the floor, elevator broken, beds in disrepair, coffee was old.

Nothing tbh it was terrible the TV doesn't work there was a spider in our bed when we got here and bugs on ground there isn't any hot water it's too high priced there burn marks in the draw and dirty spots on the bed the phones messed up

The lady working at the front desk was very nice.

I noticed a strong odor when we first walked in. We had to change rooms several times. First time, we walked in to a stained up comforter. Sent us to a second room that had stains all over the floor and rusted tub, missing towel rack, etc. She called to see if it was ok. When my husband mentioned those things, they sent us to another room. Third room, we stayed in one night until the toilet quit working and leaked everywhere. When the cleaning people came by, he had me hand him the used towels from the bathroom before giving me more. That was fine, but I did notice that he was touching towels that had touched our bodies and later found out that the toilet had leaked on with his bare hands and didn’t wash them before touching clean towels. That room had extremely low beds (maybe no box springs?) and no blankets on the beds. We asked for blankets and they didn’t have any but gave use a couple extra sheets. The next day, no one cleaned our room, which was fine, but they made a big deal about my husband asking for towels for us since we didn’t request our rooms to be cleaned. We didn’t complain about any of this. Just went with the flow. They offered to send us a coupon to our email for future use at any Quality Inn. We’ve yet to receive one. We would’ve left initially, but I had prepaid for the room.
