Quality Inn Shreveport Airport

The room was clean. Didn’t have any hot water and the water pressure was super low. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast had two options and had no milk of cereal and the area is a very bad area the people that come in and out keep talking inappropriately and the parking is very sketchy recommend if you go to park upfront where all the lights are. But other than that, these day was decent.

I didn’t like it because my dad is elderly he had to walk up two flight of stairs and it was roaches crawling on our room ceiling and the elevator was broken the whole weekend we were there

Jenny was rude upon my arrival. Twice they tried to put me in an occupied room. The room the ended up giving me was disgusting. It was full of roaches and food. Gum and his knows what all on the wall. Tried to address the issue and was told there’s nothing anyone can do until the general manager came at 10a the next morning. Address the issues either John and the owner wouldn’t even honor the free night that the manager Hope from the night before said she would compensate us for trying to put us in occupied rooms. 25% off another night is unacceptable in my opinion especially when the condition of the room was so horrible and no one could do anything until the general manager was there. DONT STAY HERE!!!!

Room had a musty order. Staff was great helpful in trying to eliminate order and to find places to eat.

Upon arrival there was Several angry people waiting in lobby for refunds etc. we waited over 30 minutes for an individual to show at desk for check in. No one was at the desk! There were so many upset customers, I asked to see my room before I checked in. The room I saw was horrible. I would not stay in a room with a propped up television. (Stand was there but broken). Facing (front with drawer pulls) on dresser was missing! It smelled like mildew. The guy at check-in assured me the money would be returned to my card. As of today it’s still not been refunded. I never stayed in this horrible excuse for a hotel.
