The bed was soft The lady we had at check in was nice

The pool was green The gym was closed We were told at check in breakfast was at 6 when we walked down at 6 we were rudely told it wouldn’t be until 7:30 We had to be at work for 7:30 The pool gym and breakfast were the main reasons I booked and didn’t get any of them .

The first room that they gave us the bed was broken so they moved us to a different room that hadn’t been cleaned from the previous day. The whole hotel smelled of marijuana. Everything was filthy. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Great hotel great location right off I 20 and a block away from the airport and restaurants. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and fresh smelling. The hot breakfast was enjoyable and fresh. There’s a new spd substation being built right up from the hotel. So it should feel and be a safer place to stay. The bath rooms had plenty amenities soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, bar soap had everything you would need for a clean shower. I will highly recommend this place and I’ll be back to stay here again.

Only had two staffs member that took my complaint in consideration James and Brandon.

After checking in my room was clean bed wasn’t made so they move me to another room later on discovered that roaches was coming out of the wall and hole in the wall! Gnats in the bathroom. So 1:18 a.m. I have to go downstairs and Staff member Brandon was concerned and gave me another room key to exam it . So I exam it seems fine so I move in that room after being in the room for like 20 minutes I noticed a roach crawling up on the wall. And on the day of checking out when I got up noticed a roach crawling on the ceiling. I couldn’t sleep and I was so tired! I didn’t felt like moving for the fourth time! Hopefully I get some of my money back! I will definitely won’t stay here no more!
