Quality Inn Shreveport Airport

I checked in later in the evening, the parking lot was bright, I was alone but didn't feel uncomfortable walking through the parking lot alone, I was told by the staff that they starting to do some renovations, which it can use some modern touch ups, I had a great experience my room was cleaned, shower was hot and the breakfast was the best. staff was a 10 out of 10 could not have asked for better.

I loved everything about it the breath is good in the morning they take care of you real good especially Miss hope I know she do real good by running the place making sure everybody is good 😊😊😊

Basic breakfast opens at 7:30AM. Room itself is easily accessible from the parking lot. Easy check in and check out process.

Rooms and hallways have a musty/smoke smell. This was a non-smoking room by the way. Bed/sheets/mattresses stains throughout. Tub and shower curtain also dirty with hair and stains. At least there were no pests that we saw. Front desk staff was rude, little patience for simple questions like checking in/out process (older white lady).

The room had stained bedding. Roaches were crawling on the walls. The bathroom was dirty.

They didn’t have a shuttle to the airport and it reminded me of a hotel in a real shady area
