Quality Inn Shreveport Airport

The property is nice.

The pool and fitness room are not opened due to not having a maintenance technician. This was not on the website and those amenities were the main reasons why I chose this hotel.

The staff is very welcoming

The upkeep is terrible

Cockroaches throughout. Long check in time as they thought they oversold rooms, fighting at hotel across parking lot heard all around. Bed laid at an angle. Bathroom was clean.

Tv didn’t work properly lines in it,roach in bathroom,ask for a blanket was told there was none

This is a budget hotel that is not in the best area. We had to drive through a pot hole filled area to get to the hotel. We reserved 2 rooms. We were given our room keys - one room was still occupied, the other had not been cleaned. The hotel manager gave us two new rooms. Both seemed ok at the time so we went to dinner. Back from dinner - in one of the rooms the toilet did not work and the toilet paper holder was attached to the counter with masking tape. The other room was ok, but old. We were assigned yet another room to replace the non working toilet one. This room seemed ok until the next morning when we discovered the outlet in the bathroom did not work and the outlet where we were charging our phone over night did not work. The hotel manager did his best to make things right, but this hotel needs a serious overhaul.

No amenities. No water available except for a water fountain. Ice machine didn’t work on our floor. No lotion in room. Shampoo was like dawn dish soap. Definitely would not recommend for the price.
