every place we stayed at started there breakfast at least by 6.30. We were told 7am. The lady was in there and set up, but refused to let us in. We left

Manager has not given a call back after I have requested multiple times. Staff was rude, the rooms were dirty and smelled terrible. Had to leave within an hour because it was so unsafe

Walking into my room, it smelled disgusting. Cigarette buds on the floor, the remote did not work and asking the front desk, they told me that they do not know what to tell me. The toilet did not flush all the time. Yellow stains were on one of the beds. I have never experience this with any hotels ever!
