My room smells terrible ... some sort of industrial perfume, I would guess. There is the smothered smell of cigarette smoke it's trying to hide. Gad, that is an overpowering smell. Reception who checked me in was wonderful!

The staff was great willing to try to help.

When we arrived 2 people already were complaining about issues with drainage problems. We walked into our room ac was already set to 60 but it was every bit 80 degrees in there. They offered to send the maintenance guy but my son already fell asleep and I wasn't waking him up. Vending machines altho not important were out of order. You could Cleary see the roof had leak issues at some point. And im not one to complain. But The day before I stayed at a questionable motel in Oklahoma for 68 it had good drains,cold air and comfortable bed.

Toilet did not flush Roaches in room. .Yolanda at the front desk was amazing she did offer us another room but we decided not to stay as the hotel was not exceptable. One of the most uncomfortable stats I have ever had!

Room was very dirty. Wouldn't take a bath in that tub! Breakfast was standard but staff was not friendly, except for lady that checked me out and gave receipt!

New staff or training that they should at least act like they enjoyed working there! Not up to Quality Inn's I've stayed at before and after!

We checked in and they required a $50 cash deposit and took my ID and kept it for the night. You receive it when you check out but it’s wild that they keep your ID. The staff was really friendly though! Room was kind of gross. The toilet lid did not fit on the back of the toilet? Like why?
