The property and facilities were fine. My main observation was that the location was not ideal for a vacation. Being in the middle of Cebu city leaves you an hour away from a decent beach or tourist attraction.

The property is old and tired. It is very noisy with parties and street noise. The desk staff are not friendly and helpful. The area near the hotel is dangerous.
