The service was outstanding. Especially the security. Orlando and his crew were very helpful with directions and transportation. The place was very nice. Except for the coffee. The food was good. The room was great too.

"Great hotel in the middle of Cebu"

I stayed for a week here. It is an older hotel but it is one that is value for money. The gym is not as pleasant, but acceptable. The breakfast spread is superb and I enjoyed it very much. I tried their laundry & press service - very fast and efficient!

Aircon is busted. Checked many times by their technicians but still not fixed. Front desk do not even bother to offer room change. Not a wonderful experience really. Had our event in one of their ballrooms, no assistance got from their technicians. Food was not good

"Convenient and Reasonably Priced Hotel with Big Rooms"

I stayed at Cebu Parklane Hotel last July 2024 and found it to be an okay choice for my trip. The hotel isn’t particularly fancy, but it is fit for purpose. The rooms are quite spacious, which was a nice surprise, and the price is very reasonable, making it a good value for money. One of the best things about the hotel is its location—it’s very convenient and close to many places of interest in Cebu City. Additionally, having a 24-hour mini store on the ground floor was incredibly handy. The store has friendly prices and even sells essentials like black socks, which saved me when I needed a quick replacement. If you’re not looking for luxury but need a comfortable, practical place to stay, Cebu Parklane Hotel is a solid option. It met my needs perfectly without breaking the bank. Would I return? Probably, if I wanted something budget-friendly and functional.
