We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is truly amazing, and the entire team provided exceptional service throughout our visit. We would especially like to thank Sanh, our villa host, who was outstanding and made our experience even more memorable.

The service is impeccable! Thank you Freya and Nonnie for all your attention and assistance! Regarding the hotel- The Best thing about the location is the distance from the ocean- just a few steps from your room and you are in the water, in a beautiful sandy quiet beach. The surrounding is beautiful- like a storybook of tropical gardens and the spa area is just breathtaking. Amazing breakfast. Amazing cleaning staff. Very cute village just behind the resort.

Some specific room types could use infrastructure renovation, however they are all still beautiful. When you order drinks and snacks to the beach it leans to the expensive side.

We had a private pool room and it was excellent. Very beautiful, very secluded and we had a great time. Great location with lots of local stalls and food outside the hotel area. All of the staff were very nice and attentive. The beach was absolutely beautiful, and unlike a previous review, it was absolutely not overcrowded. Non-guests are not allowed there. And by that, it also means that there are security guards walking around there. The problem is that the guards don’t speak English. It made us a bit uncomfortable and we didn’t feel welcome hanging out on the beach in the evening when he didn’t understand “We stay at this hotel”. We ordered sushi to the room once but it took 1.5 hours. We asked for no fish roe/caviar and it was covered it in. No excuse or even a drink for compensation. The only thing that really bothered and confused us through the week was the lack of information. We were not informed that there was an app we could use. We were not informed about our included activities and when it was happening. In the app it was also listed about a “cinema at the beach” experience, but there was no form for time table for that or when yoga classes etc where scheduled. Otherwise great stay, still a 5 star review.

We had a wonderful stay at the Anantara Resort on Koh Phangan. We arrived by direct transfer from the airport to their private lounge on the beach and then by private speedboat directly to the resort's beach. The staff was very accomadating and friendly during our stay. We had a private concierge(Ping) who was super nice and always there to help with our planning. The rooms were spacious, private plunge pool and walled of garden for complete privacy. The breakfast buffet and other meals were amazing. There are additonal options in the town for great meals and going out. The lougers at the pool and beach were great, outdoor shower and complimentary paddle boards and kayaks. We would definately go back and stay with our family and friends.

it was an amazing experince for our family. the sevice from the start to end was wonderful espicialy by Ms Ping our villa host and her team. the beach was the highlight!! we will be back for sure

Amazing location, staff and hotel. We stayed as a family of 3 in a Garden Villa which was massive. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room amazing with the water being topped up daily . The facilities were great, nice sandy beach and on the doorstep of the well appointed village which catered for a bit of everything for everybody but wasnt loud or built up. Our assistant Nonnie was super helpful and we also spoke to the Manager one day who was excellent. We stayed over Songkran which was fun and plenty going on if you wanted to join in.
