Anantara Rasananda Koh Phangan Villas

Hands down, I’d give this resort a five star. They had picked us up at the airport and had a nice beach lunch to relax(with showers) to take you direct to the resort. We were greeted with a nice drink and Ping who was our hostess concierge during the stay. Communication was easy with WhatsApp. Buffett breakfast wa out of this world! Also enjoyed lunch on the beach. Rooms are well appointed and private with your own gated area for privacy and nice dipping pool. The town is relaxing and super walkable with scooter rentals, massage, restaurants and shops. We would definitely come back and rent the two bedroom villa with family or friends.

We first stayed at this beautiful place back in 2023, and now we happily returned again — and it still feels just as special. The staff here are incredibly polite, warm, and attentive. I would especially like to sincerely thank Sanh and Tua — they made our stay truly exceptional. They were always in touch with us, always ready to help, and gave us so much personal attention and care. Their kindness and professionalism made a huge difference, and we felt genuinely looked after throughout our stay. We also decided to upgrade to the beachfront villa with direct access to the sea, and it was honestly one of the best decisions we could have made. Sanh kindly offered us this upgrade, and we are so grateful for that. This villa was simply a dream — waking up right by the sea, the stunning view, the beautiful design, the thoughtful details, and the luxurious feeling of everything around us. It was truly a wow experience and made our stay even more unforgettable. The beach here is absolutely stunning. The beachfront is perfect — not overcrowded, always enough sunbeds available, soft white sand like in advertisements, and the sea is crystal clear and beautiful. Honestly, there is no need to go anywhere else or even rent a car, because this is already the best part of the island — a little piece of paradise with everything you need. The food at the hotel is also excellent. No matter what we ordered, everything was always delicious and beautifully prepared. This is truly our favorite place, and we will definitely return again and again. From the bottom of my heart, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. If you choose this place, you will get everything — attentive staff, amazing food, and the kind of breathtaking beach and sea that people come to this island for.

From the moment of booking until our departure, everything was simply exceptional. We chose the resort’s private transfer from Koh Samui Airport, and it was absolutely the right decision. From the warm welcome at the airport to relaxing in a private lounge with drinks and snacks while check-in was handled seamlessly - the entire journey felt effortless and luxurious. Arriving at the resort felt like stepping into paradise. Being welcomed on the beach with traditional drums, genuine smiles, and personalized drinks was incredibly special and set the tone for an amazing stay. What truly makes this place unforgettable is the people. Every single team member is incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making you feel valued at every moment. A very special thank you to Top, our personal host, who took outstanding care of us and made everything feel perfectly organized and personalized. The resort itself is stunning - beautifully maintained, spotless, and set on a breathtaking beach with crystal-clear water. Thanks to its spacious layout, it feels peaceful, private, and never crowded. Our Lagoon Pool Villa was pure relaxation, just a few steps away from the ocean - an absolute dream. Breakfast was a daily highlight with an excellent combination of buffet and high-quality à la carte options. We also highly recommend the Japanese restaurant Yukinoya - a true fine dining experience with beautifully crafted and incredibly delicious dishes. Even when our return flight was delayed, the service remained exceptional. The resort arranged for us to spend additional time at their sister property, Anantara Lawana Koh Samui Resort, where we could relax in a beautiful setting before being comfortably transferred to the airport. We can wholeheartedly recommend this resort.

Amazing hotal. Absolutly paradise! Best for couples, families and those who seek for quiet and perfect beach with white sand. Our host Ping was amazing!

Incredible place. Quality of everything was superb and property is located on an amazing beach. Great little village next door to the resort which gave even more options.

The hotel is absolute paradise. They really think of every little detail: from a personal service coordinator available just for us, to reserved spots on the beach and insulated water bottles that stay cold all day. Whether you're at the pool or the beach, they provide towels and water, and there’s always a security guard on duty for peace of mind. The location is perfect—close to a small, charming village that was exactly what we needed. We enjoyed the local laundry services, great restaurants, massages, bars, and of course, the best mango sticky rice in a wonderful, authentic atmosphere. We want to give a special shout-out to Ping, our service coordinator, who stayed in close touch with us. We felt like we were in the best hands; she was always smiling and so eager to help. In fact, the entire hotel staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be returning!

The Anantara in Kho Phangan is a beautiful property like a little fisher village with a nice number of villas and rooms. The ocean view pool beach villas are beautifully designed and decorated and there are reserved day beds at the beach in front of the villa. The cabana is beautiful to relax on your terrace in the shade and the pool is nice and refreshing.

A great resort with a luxurious feel. Staff and facilities are excellent. The beach is beautiful with crystal clear water and soft white sand. Lovely village close to the resort with fantastic local restaurants and bars.
