Hotel Monaco

My room does not have AC, and it's rather small. It also faces directly to the road in front of the hotel, so if you wish to open the window and get some fresh air, you might have to put up with some noises at night. On the other hand, the quality of service from the staff is great. They are friendly and helpful, responding to your needs. You will receive a daily supply of water. However, the lady at the front desk I got when I checked in speaks little English, and it appears to be that way with most of the staff, so come prepared. The hotel does not have a laundry service, so not suitable for longer stays. And the quality of the restaurant is average at best. I would say there are some better options around the city that will offer you better return on the money, but if you are here for a few days and just want some place to stay at, this hotel cannot go wrong.

Beautiful and clean

Excelente perfecto todo, nos sentimos como en casa, trataron a nuestra mascota increíble, volvería mil veces allá.

Hotel itself was fine - room was comfortable, though small. Very good rates. Excellent staff. The area around the hotel was.... interesting. There was a shrine to Santa Muerte (Saint Death) outside the front door and the block around the hotel was ringed by prostitutes.

The hotel was comfortable and nice. Staff was very helpful and professional. Breakfast was good. Beds were slightly uncomfortable but everything else was fine!

Esta bien............ Todo bien el área es un poco confusa

Una estadía agradable y un excelente servicio en todo momento. Sólo que el ruido de la calle, por el tráfico y la ubicación era un poco incómodo, todo lo demás perfecto.

Only 25 minute walk(walking slow) to Zocalo. Great place to stay if you want to be close to the airport (30) minute drive. No AC unite in the room but it was just fine because the weather was chilly. No doubt I will consider to stay hear again. Thanks to the wonderful staff and hotel location. We have stayed closer to the Zócalo double the price. This place is just perfect.
