Everything was good except 1) not eco friendly and 2

The hotel, room anddining area is nice. Security 24 hours. Close to Bella's artes. Very good for the price

This hotel is well located for visiting the downtown area. The price is low and the quality is good. Located just a few blocks from thZocolo and the Bellas Artes, it makes it easy to visit many of the downtown sites.

Big rooms are just great however, Beds were a little uncomfortable

Just one night before our travel, the hotel emailed about to unavailability. However we were on the plane from Istanbul to Mexico They ended up giving a windowless dirty room, although a regular room was promised Expedia did not help about the problem as well We paid for a full week, left the hotel after second not ght and did not get reimbursed I am very frustrated by both expedia and the hotel.

Staff was extremely friendly when needed. Room was cleaned daily. I was pleased with my one week stay. Hotel is in walking distance to the historic center and museums. I reccommend getting a master suite.

No Airconditioning available at the property and the room I was given does not have a fan.

The room is so small, the bed is so hard, service in the restaurant was I think, kind of discriminatory, Traveled with a friend (male), since we arrived the receptionist made comments, followed by the bellboy, had to return the room key every time I step out of the room. They did not honored the price I got on site, they charged more, saying that it was better to call them and make the reservation
