The New Inn - Kidmore End

Location

Small room, carpet dirty, windows dirty, bathroom needed renovation. Small sitting area outside hadn't been touched. People sitting having drinks outside bathroom window. Very disappointed.

No option for breakfast in the morning due to lack of staff. Unable to collect receipt as no staff present when leaving (8am)

Size of room and bathroom way good!

Did not service the room. „ Breakfast“ is brought to your room the night before!! The whole place gives an abandoned impression! Matresse has definitely seen its best days!!!

Very cosy and comfy. Staff were lovely, helpful and welcoming. They went the extra mile to have the room ready for us. Great to be attached to the pub.

No facility for breakfast. Bathroom was a bit dark as one of the lights out. Small thing but would be good to have soap dispenser in the bathroom.

Location

There was little choice of food when we arrived on the Friday and we were told at 8pm on the Saturday, that the chef had gone home and there was no food available!

Very quiet and peaceful location. Chianti room size was excellent as was the bathroom. Clean accommodation, powerful shower and plenty of hot water.

The property description mentions a restaurant, however there was no mention or warning that a cooked breakfast was not available as an option (due to the lack of a chef) - at the time of booking and our booking was on a non refundable basis. I only discovered this 24 hours before check in during a telephone call about another matter. The website should make this clear. In addition our bed mattress had seen better days.

Mooie locatie met gezellige terrastuin en lekker eten. Fijn dat er genoeg plek was om te parkeren en dat dit gratis kan.

De routebeschrijving klopt niet exact, als je je bestemming hebt bereikt volgens het navigatiesysteem, moet je nog even doorrijden voordat je er echt bent.
