We stayed at The Rob Roy the night before taking the Eurotunnel into France for our holiday. The owners were very welcoming and helpful and accommodated our late arrival which was great. The guest house is comfortable and our one night was very pleasant.

sandra and husband were very friendly and welcoming.they were informative about the area.the en suit and room was small but clean ,comfortable and quiet.home made biscuit with tea and coffee tray was a nice touch.parking for 4 cars on forecourt.5 min walk to Folkestone waterfront which was alive with live music on our Saturday night stay.

Good points- convenient for Euro tunnel stopover, dog friendly,pleasant owner. Comfy bed Not so good - tired looking place in quite a rough area. Had to park our car next door so no security cameras there Furnishings and decor ready for an update Our room downstairs next to dining room so disturbed by early leavers Breakfast was poor and basic
