Excellent communication from Jerome and Kevin, even when we had a problem they were very helpful.

Nothing, everything was excellent.

So convenient for Scarborough Open Air Theatre. Spotlessly clean and lovely hosts.

Really friendly welcome. Spotless clean comfy beds ,the breakfast was lovely.

Such a nice hotel, really really clean, really nice polite staff couldn’t ask for more from them. Breakfast was delicious and cooked perfectly. Coffee was amazing. Nice quiet area. Excellent location for the open air theatre and the seafront / beach. Not far from town centre. 100% would recommend and we have already booked our 2nd stay.

Nothing at all to say bad about this place.

Shower not the strongest

It was ideally situated for a concert at the open air venue. The staff were exceptional, friendly, and open to make good conversation. The breakfast was magnificent, which catered for all.

If anything, the narrow staircase, but nothing could change that.

Room was lovely, had everything I needed, even a fan, alarm clock and large choice of drinks. It was so quiet, didnt see or hear any other guests despite it being a full house. The hosts were very welcoming, gave lots of information about the area. The accommodation was close to the station, town centre, beach and castle - just a short walk away. Dean Road had a lovely burrito cafe and chinese takeaway.

The shower had very low pressure.

Such a fab location. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Gorgeous breakfast and super friendly hosts.
