Welcomed when I arrived, shown all the facilities in the area. Very helpfull and friendly. The room was very clean and provided everything I needed including Decaf tea which you don't always find. Bathroom modern, new and very clean !! Great service, enjoyed the stay.

The room above me was noisy, you could here people moving about and the toilet flushing in the night. A difficult problem to overcome.

The cleanliness of the room & hotel in general. Could not falter, Excellent!! Harley/ Harlequin (the owners pet dog )👍

Hotel situated in the north bay area, close to beach 👍 If those patron have mobility issues it is 15-20 walk to town high street area.

"Relaxing, comfortable stay with great hosts...."

Excellent breakfast with a large selection of items. Cooked breakfast was delicious. Room was comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep. Location is good, close to Peasholm Park and it is only a short walk to the promenade.

We didn't like having to leave ! We will certainly come again...
