Spotlessly clean. Very welcoming proprietors. Every facility was available in the room which was large, quiet, clean. Breakfast was excellent.

"So happy we stayed here - perfect!"

Spotlessly clean, the room was comfortable with everything we needed, breakfast was lovely, Kev & Jez were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We were seeing a band at the open air theatre which was only a short walk. We were able to walk into town and to the sea side equally easily, so perfect location
