Close to the center of Edinburgh, great to visit the city. Great hosting, we liked the Scottish music and videos in the evenings.

Very comfortable bed. Clean throughout. Adequate breakfast

I knew it was shared wc/shower, but expected a washbasin in the room. Wardrobe barely fit for purpose. Standard lamp not working, possibly dead socket. No towel dispenser or paper towels even, in shared wc/shower. Soap not always there until liquid soap arrived final evening. Plug in basin had perished so water drained away. Why no numbers on room doors?

"Overall I enjoyed my stay."

This property is in a good quiet location, and close to where my daughter is currently living, well presented , comfortable and the host was helpful, polite and attentive.

The only negative point I personally have is that there wasn’t an option for a cooked breakfast, but the cereal and toast were plentiful, with fresh fruit available too.
