Lovely room, excellent breakfast choices. We were only there for one night.

Very good rooms, good size, nice food and staff very nice and helpfull.

I was given a warm reception on arrival and enjoyed the welcome drink. My room was large, clean and comfortable. The bed was fantastic to sleep on. The pool was great and I enjoyed happy hour twice a day from the pool bar. A bit of a walk to each of the beaches and to the restaurants and bars but fairly convenient to all and in amongst a lot of other good mid-range hotels so lots of services available. Staff were friendly. Overall very nice but not exceptional. I would stay here again for under 2500thb per night

Room is great! Beautiful, clean and excellent condition! Breakfast is awesome with a mix of western and local food.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The club room was spacious enough. The amenities adequate. The welcome drink and cocktails were appreciated. However, the bed on the main floor was super hard and not comfortable. A sofa instead of a hard seater would have added some comfort too. Our rooms were not made up/cleaned until we called housekeeping although the staff with their trolley were just outside our room when we left. Even then, some of the toiletries were not replenished until requested, despite us leaving tips and not needing dental kits and shaver (which were available upon request). The welcome snacks on the firstvday are appreciated but they would look better if not filled halfway (as though half eaten). Resort is generous with beach/pool towels. It was not too bad but we would try out other resorts in future.

Great service love Thai hospitality! The food was good and transport was safe.

The hotel is very Instagram worthy! However, the airconditioning needs work done, it was very noisy throughout the night. Food options for breakfast was ok, but could do with less pork on the menu. The staff were friendly and polite and could never be faulted. The hotel could improve on their attention to details, so as to make Red Ginger Chic an even more boutique style hotel.

This is an amazing hotel, everything was carefully designed, the staff were so nice, the room was so cozy and eco friendly. I would defo come back to the red ginger. I definitely recommend buying the tours with them, the have better prices.
