Is ok , near by beach

Hotel is quite run down, can't sleep late because the room is too bright. There's no enough curtain yu o block out the lights. Spice cafe serves msg free food & they are delicious. My son got a cut from the shelf. Overall the stay is pleasant but they can upgrade the facilities, that will be great.

Big room with comfortable king size bed which comes with balcony and complete room facilities. Friendly staffs, umbrellas and bicycles are available free for hotel guests. 5 minutes walk to 7-eleven, Family Mart and Aonang night market which opens every night. Overall good stay!

Great experience for the 1 week stay. Omar, the hotel representative welcomed and took care of me and my wife for the 1 week we were there, offering sound advise of what to do and where to go. Hotel is in great condition, generally well maintained and kept new. 30 mins from Krabi town. Some minor issues includes: Brownish tap / shower water, uncomfortable mattress (even though the size is excellent). Woke up every morning with back pain....... Amenities not stocked daily even though its a 4**** rated hotel.

Red Ginger is a beautiful hotel, with stylish decor, clean, spacious and beautiful rooms. The salt water pool is lovely to swim in with many chairs and a pool bar for relaxing. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful too. The only slight issue is the wifi can be a bit temperamental, however, everything else makes up for it. Thoroughly recommend!

In general a good experience. We received a room upgrade, much appreciated thank you. Upgrade included free mini bar with couple of drinks, a nice fruit platter as well as peanuts and dried banana snacks. Also 25% off any food puchased on first day. Room had bed in loft and included 2 aircon units, one downstairs and one in loft. Ample hot water. Room showing a little wear but had everything required. Bed was a little on the hard side. Staff in general were very good but lobby bar staff didn't impress. Breakfast selection was best of the 5 places we stayed during our 14 day vacation. Pool was fine. The only issue was the menu in the Spice restaurant. Pretty limited menu, prices ok, but servings small e.g fries accompanying beef tenderlion comprised about 8 small chips. Some improvement could be made in this area. One major disappointment but nothing to do with the hotel, was the lack of decent beaches for swimming. This applies to Phuket (exception being Karon beach, Koh Samui and Krabi. If you are looking for nice sandy beaches, easily accessible with crystal clear waters you'll be disappointed.

Decent hotel. Clean. Breakfast not good. Bed was terrible in terms of quality/comfort. Nice pool view however very loud hallways, doors slamming throughout the night. Not very insulated so very noisy.

Beautiful clean hotel in great location. Unfortunately let down by poor customer service the majority of times when ordering food and drinks. The safety box in my room was broken and couldn’t open it multiple times and needed staff to come and manually do it which got quite frustrating. Photos on website accurate of the hotel. Pool area really nice.
