An antique lover will feel right at home in this clean but lived in dwelling which really uses its space carefully to provide all the necessary amenities. The location is wonderful but it was the little touches that won us over: Lavender sachet for the pillows, complementary wine, sherry, water, soft drinks, cookies, chocolates on the bed and a full breakfast in the morning in addition to the normal toiletries. It’s quiet too.

Great place, near to major attractions in historic St, Augustine. The room was comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious. Staff were super friendly and personable. Room was clean. The only thing we noticed was that the outside of the house could use a new coat of paint. Would stay here again

We absolutely loved staying at the carriage way! Was easily accessible to the entire town, and the place was adorable. We stayed in the Garnet Room and couldn’t have had a better stay. 10/10 will definitely stay here again

Amazing experience!

Good location however when we booked the Gold cottage we were supposed to be able to park there. That changed to the main house which was further away and cramped. Room was okay, could have been cleaner. Breakfast was disappointing so we skipped the second day.

Parking lot was a nightmare staff was horrible getting me out of my room twice to move my car 6 inches over both times so driver of other car couldn’t get in or my passenger couldn’t get in then we found a cockroach in the bathroom definitely not worth 300 a night Expedia should be ashamed to represent this place

Situated a few minutes from historic downtown, this B&B is perfect for anyone who just wants to park the car for a few days! It's very convenient for walking around downtown, or if you don't want to walk, try the Hop on Hop off sightseeing bus. They even sell tickets for this at the B&B! Just ask! The staff are super helpful and friendly! We stayed in the Sapphire Room on the first floor, which we later found out was on the corner of two streets (Cordova and Cuna)! It was very noisy both nights of our stay, until around midnight. During the day, it was much quieter! The room had a claw-foot bath with overhead shower. I wouldn't recommend this if balance is an issue. There are twenty stairs from the ground floor to the first floor! Fairly low-rise, so not as daunting as it might sound! We spent several hours on the front porch one evening, chatting with friends, watching the world go by! Great fun, although it was noisy outside in the evenings, and lots of traffic! There are complimentary beverages all-day (tea, coffee, water, coke and wine). We enjoyed our stay here! Great location! Would definitely recommend!
