Charming, historic B&B. Rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! Attention to detail is outstanding! The location was very convenient to historic St. Augustine. On-site parking is a huge plus! Highly recommend!

Nice property but a bit of a task taking luggage upstairs. A bit of a musty smell in the shower and the water takes a while to heat up but overall ideally located and being able to park at the property is great as parking otherwise is a nightmare.

"Superb little gem of a place"

What a place - we stumbled across this little gem on a road trip from Miami to Atlanta We could not believe the service, the welcome, the check in, the friendliness, the amenities and more importantly the room. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was superb A real gem and would highly recommend to anyone coming this way Just fantastic and thank you

We stayed here 3 months ago and loved it. So it was of course our choice when we wanted to bring friends to the area. Perfectly located, comfortable rooms, a relaxing veranda, friendly staff, free drinks and cookies, and a very enjoyable breakfast. Of course our friends loved it just as much as we did.

We stayed in the Diamond suite. Very spacious suite. Just an FYI if you decide to book this room, bed is next to the street. So it gets a little noisy at night. Breakfast was amazing. Staff and owners are awesome. All needs and requests were always fulfilled with a smile!!! We will be back!
