Wonderful experience! From the 1st interaction with staff to checkout ... it was Fantastic!! Location, rooms, amenities, breakfast, staff... superb!!!Having a b&b in Key West for 30 years, Carriage Way does everything right! We can't wait to go back.

Wow! We originally came to stay for just one night, but we couldn’t resist and ended up booking an extra night to keep enjoying this cozy, comfortable, and amazing bed & breakfast! Located within walking distance of everything St. Augustine has to offer, and with such a wonderful staff ready to accommodate all of our needs, we will definitely be coming back soon! Each guest room has free on-site parking. The complimentary wine, coffee, tea, water, and sodas available daily through self-service made our stay even better! The room details create such a cozy and romantic atmosphere—perfect for a night in this charming vintage cottage. We also loved the thoughtful touches from the lovely owner, like the little lavender sachets at reception to place under your pillow for a restful sleep and the warm, scented towelettes in the breakfast area—just amazing! Really enjoyed our stay at this very homey BNB ! The breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely nice and attentive!! Our room was one of the cheaper options they had but we enjoyed it and it was quite comfortable The only negative I’d say was the maintenance around the porch areas could use a little attention but other than that it was very nice ! And we also enjoyed the free beverages that you were allowed any time of day was a big plus! Also the pricing was reasonable! We had originally stayed before at a different BNB but their prices had rising to where it was just too expensive ! So we chose this BNB for the great location and price !!

Beautiful place, attention to detail. Aromatherapy lavender towlettes made available and little bags with lavender in them to put under you pillow for good night sleep. Cookies and refreshments available. Breakfast food is good. Cream Sherry put in room for nightcap. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again. We stayed in the amethyst room and had our own little private courtyard with the wonderful scent of fresh jasmine blooming.
