Crystal Palms Beach Resort

Great location close to the beach with a lot of restaurants and entertainment establishments within walking distance.

Nothing that is worth commenting on. Generally it was well handled from the staff and management.

Het is een ruim appartement en wij hadden een prachtig balkon waar we lekker buiten konden eten. Het strand was ook vlakbij. Erg prettig!

Het ligt aan een drukke weg maar met de deuren gesloten merk je daar weinig van.

Construction and directions to check in was not clear

The location is the only thing I liked, but Treasure Island has many options for this.

The property is under construction, and I wasn’t notified until after our booking went through. You can expect to hear construction all day and smell the paint while trying to enjoy the pool. The lobby is empty and there isn’t any staff. I found this out when I arrived to check- in and there’s a paper taped to the door. You have to drive to a different location to check-in, and you will be treated like an inconvenience. The rooms are outdated and falling apart. We stayed for 5 days and received zero service. No room touch ups or new towels for my family of 4. The dishes that come with the room were dirty and it was disgusting. I have stayed here previously and it was a completely night and day difference.

The view was beautiful from our balcony and location was good with Sun Trolley close to it. Liked our two bedroom two bathroom condo.

No clear directions on how to check in and no staff on site confusing and when we called for assistance no answer ever. Note posted on door where to check in even though they said they could not help us on phone very confusing check in process. Work being done on site so loud, dusty and inconvenient roped off areas. We were made aware of this once we booked. The Main entrances were unlocked and not secured at any time of day.

I like that it is spacious and close to the beach.

The unit needed updating, and the furniture both inside and on the lanai is dirty and old.

el Crystal Palms esta con reformas. nos cambiaron a otro establecimiento superior. un departamento muy comfortable con excelentes vitas

The wrong we got it did not have a Jacuzzi tub and the room from what we seen online the room was totally different
