Crystal Palms Beach Resort

La estancia en el hotel muy buena,la ubicación muy buena,todo cerca,el mar,las tiendas,hay un Publix muy cerca del hotel y lo mejor los niños se divirtieron mucho en la piscina.de verdad.volveríamos pronto.

Para mi todo esta muy 👍, lo único las camas en las habitaciones, no están muy comodas,deben mejorar en eso,sobre todo la cama mas grande la King,porque la del cuarto de los niños esta un poquito mejor.pero por lo demas,todo muy limpio y en la cocina,tienes todo lo que necesitas,para cocinar si quieres.me gustaría que retomaran el front desk,porque solo hay un empleado a cargo de todo en el hotel.por lo demas.todo muy bueno.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the view and the amenities.

The check in process at Sunset Villas down the street from the condo was awful. Very unorganized and the staff there acted like we were an inconvenience. I can not say I would come back because of the treatment we received there. It set the tone for the afternoon

No soap to start off in either bathrooms. Light bulb out in kitchen. Shower head didn’t work.

The shower need to be more clean

Very nice suite. Very clean. Would definitely stay again.

The location

Some of The outside patio furniture were broken and in bad shape. Our bedroom fan was not working missing remote control. Some of the lightbulbs were out.
