Super room, super (clean!) pool, everything is perfect.

I was very disappointed the elevators was down all weekend, my remote never worked for the tv, contacting staff was almost impossible.

No matainence on property. TV werent working and could not get a hold of anyone to come fox it.

Had to get keys from another property - not a huge deal. But then, keys wouldn't work on door so had to drive back to other property to get keys working. Once we finally got inside, we heard a loud "pop" near the refrigerator, and a soda can (left by someone else) in the freezer had exploded. Overall cleanliness is subpar and no soap (other than hair shampoo) in bathrooms. Mold in corners of showers. Unit also needs ALOT of updates. Only positives are (1) large unit with plenty of space and (2) location is within walking distance.

you get what you pay for, this property is listed as a resort but this is not a resort, it is an older condominium with a pool that is selling time by a third party. There is no food or water on site and very limited places to eat in walking distance so if you don't have a car, good luck. There is no front desk or staff ! Check in is done a block away at another site, so if you arrive without a car your walking with luggage and in the rain as we did. I picked it because it was cheap but wouldn't pick it again. Find a real hotel with a front desk and a food and water. St Petes or Clearwater looks to be a better place with more options.

Stayed here our last couple of days on spring break. Great location, yes you hear a little traffic, but its just across the street from the beach. Had to check in at the sister resort just down the road as they are redoing the lobby area from the hurricane damage. Was a little disapointed that there was hardly any water pressure in the kitchen faucet. Luckly we didn't really need to use the sink. There was plenty of water pressure everywhere else. Rooms were clean, but the couch had stains on it which we jusr covered with the extra sheet. If it wasnt for those two negitives, would have rated it higher.
