Crystal Palms Beach Resort

The unit could have been great. But it was very dirty and in fairly poor shape. Very limited dished for 4 guests

It’s a great spot directly across the street from the beach and we had a very nice balcony. The unit, however, was filthy and poorly maintained. There was of course still some lobby work going on post the hurricane which was no issue. The furniture was gross and we immediately put sheets over the couch and chair because the fabric was stained and gross. It was also poorly cleaned and just overall pretty nasty. This could be a great property but needs some TLC (with emphasis on the C, as in someone that cares running the place).

Great location across the street from the beach. The property was very poorly maintained and extremely dirty. The floors were so filthy that you had to wear shoes inside or your feet/socks would be black - disgusting! The furniture was literally gross with patches worn through the leather sofa to the fabric beneath. The kitchen faucet didn’t work and I had to repair a toilet myself. It’s a great location and a shame that the owner/management doesn’t care for it. Note the conditions I describe have nothing to do with the hurricane repair which was ongoing. It’s based strictly on very poor maintenance and poorly cleaned conditions.

Filthy dirty, cock roaches, absolutely awful!!

Filthy dirty!!! Unit 308

There were live cockroaches, and filth was present throughout the entire unit. We stayed at Crystal Palms a few years back, and it was pretty nice. Now, it is really bad. Condo unit 308 has not been cleaned appropriately for years. We complained, but no concessions were made. Parking is a fiasco. Someone parked in our spot, and the PM's office said we would be towed. After 1.5 hours of going downstairs, trying to find the people who parked in our spot accidentally and calling, etc., we were instructed to park in a generic spot.

We did not get our room until 2 hours after the room was supossed to be ready. The room was in poor shape, couch was filthy, dining room chairs were dirty, sliding door track was filled with black dirt, trash was not emptied, dishes still in dishwasher. Spoke with management for a refund of some sort and all they did was waive the "RESORT FEES" This place is definitely not a resort. THe only amenity is a pool. Very very disappointed

The view was great!! Staff were awesome. The size of the 3 bedroom exceeded expectations!!

Love beach walk to the water. Not a lot of eating options near by.

It took 2 hours to get checked in

Location was great for our needs, dining, beach access & commuting. The unit itself (301) was ok but not the cleanest. The bathrooms were bad, not much effort was put into cleaning them. The water was hard & left a film on the eating utensils, also not great for showering. There was a broom, but no dust pan, mop but no bucket & not one piece of beach equipment (chairs,cooler,umbrella or even kids bucket/shovel). We like the unit location of unit as it was on the end. The pool area was great, although the water temperature could have been a bit warmer. Considering the damage that was done with the storms last year they done a fantastic job to get it open for business so us tourists can enjoy.
