Crystal Palms Beach Resort

We really enjoyed our stay over the weekend. I was worried about some of the reviews, but the place overall was great! Some stains on the couch, not exactly deep cleaned in the cabinets, under the beds, etc. and the pans really need replaced as they are non stick with scratches all over them. The beach was across the road and we could see it from the 5th floor which was awesome! The check in is at sunset vistas which is about a couple minute drive up the road - didn’t have any issues with this as check in was smooth. Great for the price too.

It's not clean

The property was very nice the condos very clean and spacious. The only issue I had during my stay was contacting the front for more towels and essentials and the elevator was out 2 nights

Well I tried calling the number provided. The toilet wouldn't stop running to i literally had to stick my hand in the toilet to fix it my self I also had ti go but toilet paper bc there wasn't any in the second bathroom, the kitchen sink has no pressure and the TV in the second bedroom didn't work. I sent 3-4 messages no response and called the number a half dozen time and nobody answered also there's no staff on property.

Our unit is old and dated The dryer vent was full of lent pass the filter The unit floors were not very clean

I liked the value for the 2 bedroom/2 bath suite with a great kitchen, great view

I didn't like just 1 parking spot, I hated the shades, they let in too much light in the morning

We could walk right out to the ocean

Its a spacious condominium near the beach.

I have stayed at the Crystal Palm resort multiple times and this was the worst visit. I’ve had we rented the penthouse suite for six girls three bathrooms. We had not one extra Roll toilet paper. No extra towels for six girls for three nights, it took three visits down the street to get a key that would work went to make coffee in the morning and it still had the coffee grounds from the last people in the pot gross then to top it all off the smoke alarm beat all night long got up took the battery out of the smoke alarm and it’s still beep all night long We did finally get some towels and toilet paper dish soap, hand soap at 11 o’clock at night because they had nobody that could give it to us until then. The place is falling apart would never stay there again.
