The shower water pressure is so weak, I struggled to get a decent shower. The TV reception is very bad. The bed and pillows are quite comfortable. The wifi was alright. The curtains cannot be drawn closed completely.

"Clean, basic hotel"

Hotel was as we expected it - basic and clean. The staff were really nice and helpful. It's a 15minute tuk tuk ride from the boat dock (where we got the boat from Chau Doc, Vietnam) and the centre with all the restaurants. The bar and restaurant under the hotel is really nice as well and always busy. Some tuk tuk drivers didn't know the location of this hotel so you would have to mention that it's near the Russian Embassy.

Warm greetings, friendly smiles, fast check-in, slow elevator, clean and comfortable room, relax recharge then ready for business meeting. Restaurant food of fine Japanese cuisine & Hong Kong dimsum canto fare to delightful gastronomical satisfaction. (Private dining room on reqest)

For the price this was a great deal. The restaurants at the hotel were a nice choice after a long day. The staff were friendly, rooms were comfortable.

"Ideal Location"

There was always a stench when we return to the room at night and we have to turn on the aircon and open the guestroom door for air circulation. The stench will go away after about 5 mins.

"Biz Trip to PP"

The hotel is great or the price, but beware there is nothing surrounding it, just yet. Soon a very large mall will launch across the street, and I'm sure the value of this hotel will rise.They do NOT take Amex, which may be an issue to biz travelers who need to expense on corporate card.
