Hotel Luisiana

I stayed at this hotel for two nights as mu usereal hotel was fully booked. the standard here a lot is lower then then im use to

We stay there often. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The place is not in a good shape at all, the rooms are smelly and the staff is incompetent, arrogant and ignorant. For three years in a row they don’t get their hot water problem fixed. A hot shower is impossible there. They don’t accept Visa Debit Card but require two pieces of ID. I had to make a 60$ cash deposit and at check out they didn’t want to return it because the towels were dirty

Gabriel was working the front desk when we arrived, and was so warm and helpful. He made our brief stay easier and more pleasant.

We stay here when we are in the city. Have stayed many times. Great hotel.

Nice and clean good staff

I liked that the staff went out of their way to answer all my questions and requests. Speak clear English language and happy to assist. The owner must be a great boss.
