Hotel Luisiana

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in my life, it's a complete scam for the price they charge, and the attention is disastrous including that of the administrator because she wants to charge you even for the information she gives you, the beds are super uncomfortable and hard You wake up with terrible back pain and they put a jug of coffee in reception for all the hotel guests, that's very ridiculous because they can't even give you that well because it's coffee from the day before. Este es el peor hotel que me he hospedado en mi vida, es una completa estafa para el precio que cobran, y la atencion es desastrosa incluida la de la administradora porque quiere cobrarte hasta la informacion que te da, las camas son super incomodas y duras, amaneces con un dolor de espalta terrible y ponen una jarrita de cafe en recepcion para todos los huespedes del hotel, eso es muy ridiculo porque ni siquiera eso pueden brindartelo bien porque es un cafe del dia anterio.

Buena relación precio calidad, se obtiene todo lo necesario para una estancia tranquila y cómoda

Please fix the A/C in Room 204 or was it 206? Sections of the property look dated (I have been a regular since 2012). Otherwise I remain a huge fan of Hotel Luisiana and I hope to return soon.

I have stayed many times at this hotel and it gets more enjoyable every time. The staff are very nice and helpful, the rooms are clean, comfortable and enjoyable.

Lovely clean place for a great budget price.

We had stayed at this property many times in the past and pre COVID they were great. Post COVID they missed the mark in customer service and trying to nickel and dime you on everything including morning coffee. However, after not staying here in a year they seem to have corrected past deficiencies and is a great value if your staying in the Santa Ana area.
