Fantastic family vacation!!! Hotel is in an excellent location, close to Willemstad and great restaurants. Room was very comfortable, special shout to Zahyra at check-in, truly exceptional service, acknowledged our Titanium Elite status and made our stay extra special. The free breakfast for elite members was also an excellent bonus benefit.

We had an ocean view room, over looking the pool/beach. Beautiful view! The hotel is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, entertainment. Everything was great. The room was nice, the bed was nice, even the pillows! I had to take the covers off to see what company makes them. I know everything has to be shipped in, so everything is pricy, particularly food and drink. I didn't get the all inclusive, and I'm not sure I saved anything, because other restaurants were pricy as well. The food at the Renaissance was very good, no problems there! All in all, it was well worth the trip! Jon
