Peach Hill Resort

We had a wonderful stay at Peach Hill Hotel for two weeks and truly enjoyed every moment of it. The atmosphere was relaxing, the surroundings were beautiful, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. A special mention goes to Si Thu, who works in the restaurant. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and always made us feel welcome. His great service and warm personality really made our stay even more enjoyable. We have had a fantastic two weeks here and made many great memories. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again in the future. Best regards from room 1010 🫶🏻

We had the best time here in Peach hill resort, all the staff are so friendly. We had the perfect room right by the pool, no noise or anything bothering us, was nice to go straight from the room to the pool. Breakfast was good. There's a very inclined hill to get to down town but we had no issues with it 😊. Cheers to Si Thu for being so nice! Can't wait to come back here 😍

So happy with the hotell, stayed for 2 weeks. Cleaning of the room great, the people in reception very helpful and caring. We got a great room (4023) with view out of Kata beach, beautiful. And also a big thanks to Si thu and all the crew at the pool/restaurant area. Recommend other to stay here when they visit Karon/Kata.

We chose Peach Hill Resort for a family stay and unfortunately had to check out early due to serious cleanliness and safety concerns. When we entered the room, it was obvious it hadn’t been properly cleaned. We asked housekeeping to return, but the clean felt rushed and incomplete. We even had to request that the floors be mopped again. What completely crossed the line was finding pills on the bedroom floor. We were travelling with our 10-month-old baby who is crawling constantly. Finding unidentified medication within reach of an infant is not a minor oversight — it’s a potentially life-threatening mistake. No parent should ever have to experience that in a hotel room. A room change was offered later in the evening, but by that point our trust was gone. It was bedtime, our children were exhausted, and we had already dealt with one failed cleaning attempt. Moving rooms late at night didn’t fix the core issue, which was a clear lack of proper housekeeping standards. We made the difficult decision to leave and find alternative accommodation because we simply did not feel our children were safe. The location may be convenient, but safety and cleanliness are the absolute basics. Based on our experience, we would strongly advise families with young children to reconsider.

We had a lovely stay at Peach Hill. We were unlucky enough to catch the flu and were stuck in our room. We received excellent service from our housekeeper on the 4th floor (room 4002). Guest services were a godsend when we couldn't/weren't allowed to leave our room. I must commend Si Thu for his excellent service, friendliness and willingness to help us with whatever we needed. One suggestion would be to offer a "sick menu", which would have made ordering food so much easier, both for us and for you. What is disappointing about the hotel complex is how neglected all the pools and pool areas are. Broken tiles, no tile joints, sun loungers that are barely holding together and parasols that have seen better days. The water does not seem very clean and there is gravel/debris on the bottom (material that comes loose from the pool).

Cons The resort is old and run-down, badly designed and poorly maintained, if at all. Perched at the top of a ridiculously steep hill you’ll quickly come to hate, you’d better hope you don’t get assigned a “Deluxe” room in one of the four-storey annex buildings, where elevators are clearly too much to ask. Get the 4th floor in Block C or D and you’ll be gasping and drenched in sweat every time you come back from breakfast, the pool, or anywhere else. Oh, and “Deluxe,” apparently, is Peach Hill Resort lingo for "no TV signal - no water pressure - no soundproofing" The A/C, however, absolutely works. Set it to 15°C or 30°C - doesn’t matter. You’ll get nonstop freezing air blasted at you all day and night. In other words, want to stay in a freezer or a sweatbox? “Just open the balcony doors,” you say? Better love mosquitoes. The bug screens stop about a foot short of the floor. Need to charge your phone and looking for the outlets by the nightstands? Nope! You get ONE and it's by the TV across the room. Ready to hit the pool? Better get that tetanus booster before the inevitable scratch from a rusty nail on the DIY driftwood pool loungers, or a cut on your foot from the countless cracked tiles. Pros Friendly staff who work overtime trying to compensate for everything the resort gets wrong.

Good stay at the property. Front desk staff Vishu was very cooperative. Housekeeping is good and prompt. Food was a little off and made my wife sick. Avoid eating at hotel restaurant.

Stayed for four nights in November we got a room at the front of the building opposite main road. Haven’t slept at all the noise is just none stop. We did email them and ask for a quiet room but they did not honour this. The room was clean but we could not use the air con as the smell was vile. This obviously needs to be seen to as it is not good. Never used hotel pools so can’t comment. Steep hill so no good for people with walking difficulties We managed although there is a bus at certain times that will take you to beach and pick back up. Beach is a short stroll and really lovely. Nice night market down street food. Apart from that didn’t really like the resort but everyone is different. It wasn’t for us. Just keep in mind if you want a quiet room do not get one on the front as it is very noisy. Overall a noisy hotel doors slamming none stop
