Empress Angkor Resort & Spa

We were satisfied...with the hospitality and services...

we stay 2 night s at this hotel, we were group of traveler. Because of the Corona Virus the hotel was empty - no groups at all, look very bad for this huge hotel. The hotel is very nice - huge area, Rooms are clean not so big but comfortable. Breakfast was poor - no variety, cold coffee.

Paid much more for pool view but was not given it. I was told by assistant manager soeun that sold out but after25 minutes was moved to a pool view in the front but was told they were putting me in to a renovated room but they gave it away. Not happy. Stayed here multiple times before. Never had a problem. Other people got upgrades and I got down graded to a smaller room. They were not picking me up from the airport until I had the hotel reservation company call even though it was in my reservation and I emailed them two times. The assistant manager said it was the weekend and that was why. So I only guess don’t check in on Saturday or Sunday. The hotel appears to be empty probably because they cater to Chinese I’m guessing. Bed was not dressed as in photos. Room is clean. Stressed because they could not re songs to two emails to get my ride too the hotel. Then hotel does not even give me the room that I paid about $10 more a night for. Very unhappy. Pool is beautiful and staff are friendly. I wonder if they paid for a large soda and got a small one if they would say nothing or would they expect what they paid for. I’m not angry. Just sad. Only have three nights. Paid the extra but got treated worse.

We were collected at the airport by very helpful hotel check in staff, the hotel reception is very grand and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The room was immaculate with crisp white sheets and a huge roll top bath. The room had very efficient air conditioning and bottled water provided daily. The hotel is full of beautiful traditional classic Cambodian furniture and statues. The hotel provides an evening shuttle to town daily and will also book drivers to take you on temple tours.

We booked a 7 night stay at the Empress Angor Resort and Spa through Expedia UK. The experience has been very impressive, from the hotel sending a car and driver to pick us up from the airport to a seamless arrival. Ice cold drink and chilled towel at reception while we were booked in to the hotel. Friendly staff, immaculate rooms and spotless pool area. Free courtesy shuttle to the downtown shopping area and staff that are willing to help. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to the temples.

Hotel located on the National road between airport and pub street . They provide the t o r airport transfer . Tuk tuk to pub street is about 3 dollar one way . The pool is nice, we got a room with pool view which is beautiful special lay in the evening . Breakfast is ok , but we feel it was not so fresh . Everything is very expensive in the hotel , we tried dinner and cocktail at bar, not worthy the money . Except that , everything is fabulous

We stayed here for 3 days during our Siem Reap trip. It was a nice hotel . We got picked up and dropped at the Airport. We first got a really good room , but unfortunately didn't get any windows. So the hotel management helped to change the room and we got a smaller cramped room. The breakfast was decent . Could have been better.

a beautiful hotel. very nice and prepared staff. great restaurants. very comfortable and clean rooms.recommended hotel. the only flaw is the swimming pool. we could not use it as there was a group of Chinese boys who despite the bans monopolized the pool making shouts, dives, dressed in water without anyone calling them back. apart from this all perfect. recommended hotel

Stayed at the Empress for a full week. Kept extending my stay here. Beautiful facility , clean and spacious rooms with a phenomenal and helpful staff. Special thanks to everyone at the poolside bar and grill that made it feel like I was at home....thanks Simon, Phaera, Tha, Vy, and Muat! You all were awesome and I will definitely stay again. Greatly recommended!! Cheers!
