Empress Angkor Resort & Spa

We stayed for 11 nights. My teenage boys, my wife and I Communication before we arrived was excellent and arranging transfers was easy and on time. This hotel is rated 4 star, but the service we received was as good as the service anywhere I have stayed at 5 star.. including comparing to France, England, Germany, Japan, Australia/NZ. Would definitely recommend this to other couples and families. The hotel is a little way out from the city centre.. but a ride by tuktuk was only $5 US each way and was available any time we wanted. A really enjoyable stay.

Beautiful teakwood hotel; came with a family-friend guide. Meticulously taken care of with very detail attended to. My I my minor criticism would be that the music is in English and sometimes sometimes colorful language emerges. Bartender, Samson, is attentive and kind. He will 100% remember your name and drink! Excellent, highly recommend.

Been here from 6th - 10th January. The premises are very clean and in very good condition of repair. Staff are very friendly and polite. Very nice spacious rooms. The place is close enough to the temples and to the pub street ( to unwind in the night). We even had complimentary massage coupons for Half hour massage for staying got more than 2 nights! You really get a good bang for your buck. For the price this hotel is a bargain. I would love to return to the place and gave no hesitation in recommending it. The restaurant and the bar area are excellent although the good choices are rather limited.

Every element of this property is spot-on. Clean, efficient staff, room service, etc. A special commendation is due to the bar staff, particularly Samuon, who was gracious and patient with me and other patrons. No detail is too small for this staff, and it shows. Cheers.

We really enjoyed our 4 days stay in Empress Angkor Resort. The hotel and our room were spacious and quiet. The breakfast was great and the khmer dishes served at the pool bar were delicious. The staff was very nice and helpful, special thanks to Samuon, Sophara, Tha, Vy and Nat! Arkun!

The staffs are courteous, helpful, and nice. The place is huge, a bit outdated but overall a nice hotel!

Beautiful hotel, well maintained and attentive. Customer service is to the best. The best of it is the free pick up and drop off also the free shuttle service provided in the evening. Great stay

Inside room are fantastic. Staffs are nice; except outside the surrounding of properties. I guessed entire country has the same kind of problem. Dirts every where due to the dirt Road & Construction.

The room is very clean and spacious. The hotel staff are very courteous and polite. Free airport to hotel and totel to downtown transfer which is great.
