Good size room. Staffs are nice, beautiful surrounding architecture, breakfast was okay not much options. The hallway smelling very strong woods polishing chemical, the bathrooms were unfinished utilities wired expose under neat the bathtub and the bath towel are old.

"The last choice for hotel"

On my Pchum Ben holiday I visiting Siem Reap, on my trip I got to there in the everning hardly I find a good hotel once I go around to hunt down some food I get to this hotel on national road 6, a true beauty of wood design and glamorous room await on the top floor of a well decoration hotel. Best place to stay friendly staff and enjoyable breakfast but unfortunately I only stay there for one night only.

The staff attended to us with great personal touches, from the moment we touched down at the airport to the shuttle bus service on our departure. We would like to particularly single out Mr Vandy, who not only attended to us on our arrival at and departure from the hotel, but also drove us to town and even recommended a wonderful restaurant for our dinner. We would certainly consider staying in Empress Angkor Resort and Spa again in future.

Everything was amazing in this hotel. People were very friendly. Hotel was very clean and organized. Not far away from the temples. Excellent hotel to visit.

The property is ABSOLUTELY beautiful. We were met at the airport by Morokot who was amazing and her English was very good. We enjoyed the spa services and Nay Nga was so very helpful and kind. He took wonderful care of us and saw to our every need for pampering. I will definitely give this property 5 + stars. Don’t miss an opportunity to stay here.

This property was OUTSTANDING. Wonderful clean entry and landscape. Sharply dressed staff smiling and greeting you whenever you passed them. Their breakfast buffet was huge and diverse and very high quality . The pool area and outside bar sparkled. The rooms were quiet and beautiful and the bathrooms had all the amenities . Five star plus hotel
