Barclay Guest House

Bedroom was very big and bed super comfy! Bathroom was lovely and the shower was very nice. The facilities were amazing and the owners were both very lovely and very friendly. TV also had apps on for use in the evening when done with the days activities.

Ideally located, very short walk to the beach, pier and amenities. Room was a great size with an en suite! Plenty of space to hang clothes and a nice desks with kettle, cups and tea and coffee. Good size TV in the room, well laid out and plenty of room to move about it. No noise while in the B&B, lovely atmosphere and our hosts were friendly and welcoming!

Great location -close to beach, city center, railway steam and zoo. Very clean and big room. Very friendly owners!

Exellent location, lovely hosts.

The room was clean and presented well.

We thought we booked Bed and Breakfast but instead we had only book Bed. The website suggested breakfast was included. This needs to be made more clear. The double bed in the family room was not very comfortable. The mattress needed to be renewed.

Clean, tidy and homely. Will definitely rebook when I visit Paignton again. Wonderful owners 😊

Owners are so welcoming and helpful and couldn't have done more for us. The room was spotless and very comfortable
