Hai Tide Beach Resort

We were on Lembongan in August 2025 and I have already written a review with title 'Relax at Hai Tide resort as management will come to your aid in a crisis' but unfortunately I failed to upload my video of the villa which I will try to do now. Still cannot upload the video unfortunately 😔

Great accommodation, excellent location and staff were so smiley and accommodating !

We had a very enjoyable week at Hai Tide last August, staying in a villa with a friend. The villas are beautifully designed and spacious with their own pool. Spacious without being overwhelmingly grand and with all rooms connected. The staff are very friendly and super helpful, especially Agus, the assistant manager who went to great lengths to help our friend obtain the vital medication she had left at home. He drove her to a local pharmacy which was out of stock but they ordered it from the mainland. Upshot was that it came over on the ferry the next day and Agus drove Eva to the pharmacy again to collect it. Wonderful caring service, difficult to find in Australia and probably Europe too. Africa is an exception. They are very hospitable there too.

Hytten var en anelse smal, men meget autentisk.

We always enjoy returning to this fabulous resort when we visit Nusa Lembongan. Make sure to book a Beachfront Lumbung, and if they are available, book a family sized one as they give just that little bit more space to move around when inside. The restaurants are great with a good variety of food and the pool area is large and inviting. The beach is lovely and the ocean is great for swimming or a quick cool down. Strongly recommend this resort.

Great place to stay right on the beach, beautiful pool and the food was amazing. The beach huts are super cute and perfect for a romantic getaway. Friendly staff, super helpful and accommodating! Favourite drink is the Lembongan Lemon Drop Martini, so refreshing on those hot days!

Our beach hut was idyllic in every way — beautifully set by the ocean, peaceful, and full of charm. The entire team was so friendly, gracious, and always eager to help, making us feel completely at home. Every moment was filled with warmth and relaxation. awesome, agus guided us well throughout our stay..he is was very kind, food and activities are good, staff here is very helpful

De prachtige ligging en gelijk op het strand. Het super vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel Het lekkere eten.

De hygiëne van het toilet, daar mag zeker wel even op gelet worden, vieze roestige bouten en rondom vuil. De ligging is prachtig en een super mooie hut, maar veel te duur. Het plankje voor je toiletspullen hangt boven het toilet, geen ander plankje, beetje jammer. Vroeg in de ochtend al erg licht.
