Great resort and good food! Went with friend for a one night stay, had great time on the beach and enjoyed the snorkeling as well.

What a wonderful experience ❤️ Resort was stunning, the staff were beautiful, warm and professional. We stayed in a Beachfront Lumbung on the pristine Mushroom beach that was well equipped and luxurious. Loved watching the sunrise every morning and sleeping with the sound of the waves outside our door. The resort offered so many activities ( most inclusive), multiple pools and 2 fantastic restaurants ( that are the best in the area) . The village is a 1 minute walk to explore the local shops and services.

Firstly a massive thank you to management and staff, incredible service. special shout out to calvin and Agus who helped with our visa extension's. Wow! after a few minor problems with our room , management could not have done anymore than to fix the problem, however its high season so we were understanding of the situation. we did get a room move within 2 days but were also offered upgrade to a 2 bed villa which we declined due to the fact we were a couple and did not think it appropriate to take away from a family or 4 people in general. We were booked into a beachfront villa and the view is to die for some come with just a king bed and others have a set of bunks ,so a tad larger. we had the larger one and utilised the bunks to spread our clothes on. That is the only problem we found with our room (no wardrobes or Hanging space. However the position of our villa soon made up for any negatives. would we go back? In a heartbeat, we will be booking for next year as soon as we get back into Aus.

Yes you should stay at Hai Tide. If you can ideally get Lumbung 3 or 4 as they are directly on the beachfront. The view as you wake up is mesmerising only surpassed by sunset ! Beach is pretty small, it’s a bay after all, and filled with little boats, junks / fishing boats and the arrival of the fastboats and smaller vessels. Breakfast was good (limited menu and certainly not the best we had in Bali), dinner was good and the whole atmosphere fun. The lumbungs are small - v small so you need to consider packing for that, paying extra for the slightly bigger one might be an idea. One of the highlights was using their boat to get to Nusa Lembongan. It’s not the cheapest but it was brilliant - the service from pick up to drop off was fabulous, if you can afford it then skip the dreadfully risky fastboats and go for the Bali Hai - DJ onboard, bean bags to sit on, we even saw Dolphins ! It felt soooo safe. We loved Hai Tide and wished our stay had been longer Any gripes ? Well I was miffed to have to pay extra for latte / cappuccino at breakfast - that felt very ‘cheap’ to me given its not a cheap place. The front pool area could maybe do with a little make over but the second, deeper pool was gorgeous. You’re not really going there for the pool though. Bike free rental was a nice touch. Highly recommend - def get the beachfront lumbungs !!

Rooms are EXETREMELY small...pay attention which bungalow they assign to you, they wanted to place us in delux bungalow which supposed to be sea view and in fact it was more like restaurant view with the view of other guests.... super close to the restaurant, almost inside... WI-FI is very bad. Impossible to work. Food is very poor. Fake juice for breakfast???
