Hai Tide Beach Resort

we booked a two bedroom pool villa. It was so perfect walking in. Tropical oasis. beautiful pool. Stunning villa. Netted four posted beds with turn-down service. The resort had two other pools. And the resort is right on the beach of Mushroom Bay. White sand, no rubbish, just coral. Boats bobbing in the calm sea. Restaurants along the beach, beautiful at night. Perfect location, stunning views. Just make sure they have fixed the air-con in the second bedroom of villa 2 before you book this villa. They tried 3 times to fix it, but still not working properly when we left. And for the money we paid, there should be working air-con.

Incredible location, beachfront huts were gorgeous and the staff were amazing we didn’t want to leave! 11/10 from start to finish we couldn’t fault anything

Our garden view villa was set in beautiful gardens and a cute compact villa with bathroom and downstairs day beds to relax in the shade. The two pools were in beautiful settings with restaurants close by. A highlight for us was free boat drop off to a pontoon in the next bay, with staff helping with the free snorkel gear and life jackets and lockers to put your bag and towel in. There is an area marked with buoys to snorkel where there were plenty of fish to see. There’s also a slide into the water. This runs several times a day. The free breakfast had good choices from a menu.

We found the space very tight, you have to open suitcases on the bed and take out a few things that fit in 3 wicker drawers then push the bag under the bed. No hanging space at all. Just enough space for one person to walk around the bed, once you have this organised the stay is good!

Beautiful location! We stayed in the beachfront lumbung. The view is unbeatable and the beach was lovely to swim in. Dining at Hai Ri Zen was delicious and kid friendly. Would stay again and recommend for families with kids that don’t want to ride scooters. Small convenience stall close by and other dining options as well as massages. Thanks for a gorgeous stay!

The resort was absolutely beautiful, the rooms incredibly luxurious and clean. The service was outstanding and all staff so friendly and helpful. Mushroom bay itself is stunning and the resort’s position on the waterfront is ideal. I did my open water diving course here which was also fantastic with amazing instructors who put so much care and effort into your learning. Highly recommend!

My recent visit to this place was amazing. Agus (Manager) take care of us very well. Our stay included - Sports activities ( banana ride, snorkelling, kayaking , village tour)

The hotel sent me a message the day before checkin, saying they have no availability as they'd forgotten to update the booking.com calendar. No apology, they simply asked me to cancel on Booking.com We went to Mushroom bay for a day and glad we didnt stay in this area, its too remote without many restaurants and bars around. We stayed at Ohana's instead and to be honest i'm glad we did.

Super friendly staff, bunch of activities included with our stay including a pontoon. Lovely food, would definitely go again.
