This was the third time we stayed at this hotel — in 2012, 2018, and now. We always loved it, but sadly, this year was a big disappointment. The hotel feels run down, with many things broken, and it no longer has the same joyful atmosphere it once had. We had dinner at the restaurant and were served what felt like a frozen pizza, which was really disappointing. There were several small things that left us upset, especially because this trip was meant to be a very special experience for our family — our first time in Bali together. Unfortunately, this may have been our last stay at this hotel.

It’s a beautiful property with so much attention to detail and you can feel the history from the building. Well maintained and spotless.

A Small issue was the evening frogs that are super loud. But worth overlooking for the peace that comes in the day.
