1) Rooms are not as clean as expected. Took a long time to repair the toilets. 2) Toiletries not replenished on time. 3) Puteri Dewi SPA among the worst ever experienced.

NIce cool place for a relaxing holiday with family or friend. Resort staff was helpful and friendly. A 9 hole walking Golf Couse, I would not recommend unless player don't mind feeding the mosquito.around.

The outdoor facilities is ok but the room is not so comfortable. Got ants in the room, the water heater is not functioning well, the floor is a bit dirty and the room service is so late. We request for room service in the morning but the room is not clean up when we back to hotel around 3:30pm...

A very nice place. Rooms is comfy albeit the floor is a bit dusty. Price is a bit pricey (maybe because of peak season). Facilities is very good with the pools, lego rooms for children and a few entertainment facilities. The ambience is very relaxing. Overall, 4/5.
