The location of Thistle is just gorgeous. It’s beautiful relaxing and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again

"Third time has lost its charm"

Our check-in was delayed until 4 PM despite registered at 2 PM and should be ready to pickup key at 3PM. We were told the room was not ready. I noticed numbers of guests facing the same situation. When we got to the room, the floor was bit sandy as if housekeeping didnt get to sweep properly. The housekeeping lady was outside the room, and I asked her to help out. She did came and swept the floor. Then we found the toilet was also sandy. I called the housekeeping twice, but none came. Somehow I didnt blame the housekeeping lady but I think the management was poorly handling the service. They should ready the housekeeping staff sufficiently, but I think they were understaff at the moment. It is not their 1st school holiday by the way, they should know better. Sad, this hotel was one of our favorites.

We book a total of 6 rooms. Has requested to be all on the same level but did not receive. We also book for all queen room, 5 of the rooms were single. Very dissapointed

Except that there are few people, there are no advantages. The sea ahead is not very good and the room condition is not very good.
