I'm happy in the hotel location which easy access to places of interest and food. I would also like to compliment the hotel of its strong WiFi service even near the beach area. However, the F&B dept has to be improved and organised in a bigger function room to serve breakfast during full House guests period. My family and many other guests have to Q outside the restaurant for about 30min or more to get a table in the restaurant for breakfast. This is very unpleasant especially the first meal of the day.

Specifically asked and booked seaview room, was given a larger room but no.sea view. Room aircond was leaking due to blockage. Wifi signal was bad. No hot water for shower. Was locked out of the room due to faulty door locking system/software. Lobby area was not kept cleaned. Saw rat poo. Staircase

The pool area is awesome, the spa (Best massage ever) and so is the breakfast buffe. We did not have time to use the other facilities as we only stayed 2 nights. We did need to change the room at checking as the toilet was clogged but they gave us a new one and no problems after that. The hotel is great for families even rented a electric cars for the kids and they had heaps of fun.

Basically everything is here. Bonus for the swimming pool with slides, my baby looooves it! There is playroom, movie room, game room. you can just chill in the hotel without needing to go out. Breakfast choices were extensive, love it! Just for the check-in part, it took quite some time to get the keys. Hopefully can improve on it.
