"Love their beach but hotel service & overall poor"

F&B very bad, slow service, food portion very small for each customer, less variety compare with price Room: 2 times request for change of bed sheet for 2 nights stay.. smells very bad especially pillow..and have stain at bed sheet cover. Room service: food for dining at room delivered after 1hour and even wrong food delivered compared to what we had ordered.

Awesome stay. Staff and service were great. View from room was relaxing. Not too far from KL either. Morning jog was invigorating by the beach. Brilliant sunset!

"Disappointing Room Condition "

The room was terrible. The toilet flush was not working well and it was the same even after a complain (and repair). The shower head was leaking as well and the safe was not working at all. But the beach was beautiful.

Apart for the room cleanliness that is under expectation for a 4 stars hotel, quite happy with huge pool and is near to the beach. It looks like a private beach however the beach is dirty. Garbage everywhere. The management should look into this.
