Had a great time with my family!

Great facility, they have everything. But need to add more parking space, and also add more options on breakfast menu.

We have to wait for more than 40 minute to check-in even after arriving at 4pm. There was a long queue. The bathroom was later flooded. But the maintenance staff responded immediately upon complaints. The buffet breakfast was delicious with variety of choices. The swimming pools were cleaned.

Nice swim up bar, but it closes at 7pm! Which is when its getting busy

Check in is take too long time. Customer service absolutely have to improve immediate. I arrived 3pm but they let us waiting at lobby until 5pm than only can check in room. The room really is terrible ,air conditioner is quite noise, the television cabinet also damage unable to close. I think is the time to call the maintenance to repair. Overall is very dissapointed, Destroy my mood for vacation.This is the worst time I have ever stayed. Is the right time to improve otherwise customer absolutely will not be stay again.

Possibly the worst hotel room that I’ve stayed in my entire life for the kinda price paid. The shower and fridge were moldy (it’s horrible), the pillows were yellowish and brownish even though the covers looked decently clean, god knows how clean the mattresses were but my legs and arms were itchy the next day. The tap water didn’t look as clean as one would expect, my husband and I had to use mineral water to brush teeth and rinse mouth. We expected a decent room, even then we were hugely disappointed. We could have complained and requested a different room but it seemed like a busy weekend for the hotel and we were only there for one night attending a wedding (thank god!) so we just bite it through the whole stay. Unfortunately, we will not come back to this hotel anymore.

Hotel is getting old and not maintaining well. Too sad 😔. Internet is not working. The reason is given... Person in charge is on holiday

The checkin system very very horrible,was arrive 3pm end up checkin only at 4.30pm wasted my 1.5hr NO sorry at all and every staff at the front lobby are not friendly, when asking to upgrade still have to paying another RM188 eventually paid RM630++ for 2 night.after get the room key we go into room and have to wait lugage another 30 mins!toilet have many ant.the worse part is extra pillow in the wardorbe was totaly mouldy and can't event use!room no 426..swimming pool are good and outdoor activity quite fun but price are overcharge event for room dining also over charge!food not really recomended.order nasi goreng kampung and hor fun seafood total damage RM65 ! *inprove checkin system *train staff to be more friendly *need more bellboy *food price overcharge *outdoor activity price are overcharge *room cleaness need to be inprove
