Thistle Port Dickson

I was given a complimentary upgrade and the Air Con for my room was not working. I called thrice and the engineer did appear. All he did was closed the balcony gate tightly stating there is a senser that disconnects the power connection and hence the low cooling. Even after that, air con was bad, ideally hotel should have offered us another oom rather than trying to fix AC repeatedly. Food options were okay and I would have been pleased t see some Indian food options

Good position and sea views. Good sized room but needs attention: curtains torn & didn't meet in the middle. Towels very worn. Needs significant upgrade to become a modern 4star hotel.

Nice hotel and recommended for those who like to stay at secluded area. Many family activities can be enjoyed at the hotel.

The outdoor facilities were wonderful. The lawn, garden and pools were maintained well. The room could have been better for the price paid - definitely not 5* worthy anymore. The shower knobs were wonky and the sheets smelled when we arrived

Our family stay was great. We not only enjoyed the beach but the facilities provided such as the pool and the children play areas. Alot of activities and places to visit. Only flaw is that when we checked in the room, some of the lights did not work so there was not enough lighting in our room. We informed the hotel and eventually was fixed. I loved that they helped us with the room safe which we had problem with. Overall it was a good service.

Very dated and needs a major refurbishment. The Check in process was very slow. Trip hazards, sharp and slippery surfaces around the pools and the room was very dirty. The restaurants closed before the stated times. Probably was really nice 10 years ago but glad we only stayed one night. The breakfast was the only real positive.
